O MS Collection Aveiro – Palacete Valdemouro continua a enriquecer a oferta cultural da cidade de Aveiro. Após o sucesso dos jantares queirosianos realizados no âmbito da Capital Portuguesa da Cultura, o hotel anuncia agora uma nova experiência: jantares de Fado. O primeiro evento está marcado para o dia 27 de setembro, às 20h, no restaurante Prosa, e é aberto tanto para hóspedes como para visitantes.
Nesta ocasião especial, o chef Rui Paula preparou um menu de degustação que combina a tradição da gastronomia portuguesa com produtos regionais. O menu inclui 6 momentos, entre eles “Espetada” de lula, Bacalhau e Grão, Cachaço de Porco e Aipo e para sobremesa, Ovos moles, canela e hortelã. Tudo, harmonizado com vinhos distintos.”
A noite será animada com momentos de Fado ao vivo, culminando num espetáculo após o jantar. A fadista Bruna Moreira será a estrela da noite, acompanhada por Manuel Soares na guitarra portuguesa e Francisco Monteiro na viola.
