Há dez restaurantes portugueses que foram considerados os melhores do mundo para 2025 pela La Liste.
O primeiro restaurante português a aparecer na lista é o Oceano – Vila Vita Parc, na freguesia de Porches, com uma pontuação de 97,5%. De seguida, com uma pontuação de 97%, encontra-se o Vila Joya, em Albufeira.
Seguem-se os restaurantes Belcanto, em Lisboa, com uma pontuação de 96,5%; o Yeatman, em Vila Nova de Gaia, com 92,5%; o Feitoria (91%), em Lisboa; Fortaleza do Guincho (88%), em Cascais; Alma (80%), em Lisboa; Casa de Chá da Boa Nova (77%), em Leça da Palmeira; Galo do Ouro (77%), no Funchal; e, por último, a Antiguidade (75,5%), no Porto.
Criada em 2015, a La Liste seleciona anualmente o Top 1.000 Melhores Restaurantes do Mundo, com base nas avaliações de críticos gastronómicos e plataformas de restaurantes.
A pontuação de cada crítica é convertida numa nota padrão, que varia de 0 a 100, segundo tabelas de conversão específicas para cada guia. Milhares de chefes de cozinha são convidados a dar a sua opinião sobre os guias locais e, de acordo com os resultados desta sondagem, é atribuído a cada guia um “índice de fiabilidade” que vai de 0 (não fiável) a 10 (totalmente fiável).
Por cada restaurante, é calculado a média de todas as pontuações e, no final, é ouvida a opinião de clientes online, atribuindo-lhes um peso de 10% na “pontuação La Liste” final.
