Chegou a Portugal uma rota turística guiada pelo olfato. Intitulada Portugal by Nose, este projeto celebra a riqueza cultural, natural e comunitária do país em quatro percursos distintos – botânico, gastronómico, literário e social -, cada um desenhado para envolver os sentidos e interligar visitantes com as tradições locais.
Apostando na sustentabilidade, a rota valoriza os recursos endógenos e fomenta a colaboração com comunidades locais. Em cada percurso, os habitantes partilham conhecimentos únicos, muitas vezes passados de geração em geração, criando experiências que reforçam o laço entre visitantes e território.
A Rota Olfativa teve início no Município da Lourinhã e fará a sua apresentação oficial na Bolsa de Turismo de Lisboa 2025, que decorre de 12 a 16 de março.
O projeto foi desenvolvido por Cláudia Camacho, perfumista independente em Portugal, e conta com as consultorias de Luís Mendonça de Carvalho (Botânica), Nuno Miguel Dias (Gastronomia) e do gabinete de branding/design Mortar Pestle Studio.
