De 23 de outubro de 2023 a 23 de março de 2024, as Lava Homes, na Ilha do Pico, Açores, tornam-se num abrigo de bem-estar para “receber quem quer cuidar de si, por fora e por dentro”.
Segundo os responsáveis, a Welness Season irá tomar conta do resort encaixado entre o Atlântico e a montanha do Pico, com uma programação diversificada em dez retiros de cinco dias.
De acordo com os proprietários, “encontrar disponibilidade para participar não será difícil, pois as datas estendem-se pelo calendário e a temporada só termina no final de março. A programação é variada e multidisciplinar, com ações a decorrer dentro e fora do resort”. A programação inclui alojamento numa das 14 casas lávicas e refeições confecionadas por um chefe especialista na área do bem-estar.
Os retiros estão divididos em quatro categorias principais: Integrative Healing Yoga Retreat; Meet Yourself Retreat; Reconnection Retreat; e Evolution Retreat.
