O Hard Rock Café Porto, situado na zona dos Aliados, no edifício histórico da Rua do Almada, celebra a Semana do México até sexta-feira, dia 12 de maio, com o menu “Cinco de Mayo” que incluiu três novos cocktails, o Baja California Blackberry, o Mexico City Mango e o Cancun Orange Cadillac.
A acompanhar há Tequila Lime Marinated Chicken Fajitas, que consiste em fajitas de frango marinadas em tequila com um toque de limão, servidas com pico de gallo fresco, salada de milho assado, queijos Monterey Jack e cheddar, guacamole, sour cream e tortilhas quentes; e o Chips&Queso, um molho de queijo quente coberto com carne moída temperada, jalapeños e cebolete, servido com tortilhas crocantes.
Este menu evoca as celebrações do 5 de maio, feriado mexicano que comemora a vitória sobre as tropas francesas na Batalha de Puebla em 1862, o símbolo da resistência mexicana à dominação estrangeira.
O Hard Rock Porto tem dois bares, três salas de restaurante e uma loja.
