O Dia Mundial do Chocolate assinala-se já na próxima segunda-feira, dia 7 de julho. Para celebrar a data, a Nat’elier faz regressar o doce “que rapidamente se tornou um sucesso”: o pastel de nata de chocolate do Dubai.
Esta fusão, “que homenageia tanto a doçaria portuguesa como o exotismo do Médio Oriente“, pode ser provada a partir de 7 de julho, dia em que também será oferecido um café a quem decidir experimentar o pastel de nata.
“Este pastel de nata junta a crocância inconfundível do pastel de nata tradicional à sofisticação do chocolate, pistáchio e massa kadaif, uma combinação improvável que resulta numa explosão de texturas e sabores, capaz de surpreender os paladares mais exigentes”, sublinha a Nat’elier em comunicado.
A ideia para a criação deste pastel de nata surgiu na Páscoa e foi ganhando forma ao longo de várias experiências e testes na cozinha do chef pasteleiro João Batalha.
“Queríamos criar algo inesperado, que mantivesse a essência do pastel de nata, mas que, ao mesmo tempo, o elevasse em sabor, textura e apresentação. Esta versão foi pensada ao detalhe e superou todas as nossas expectativas”, explica João Batalha, também sócio fundador da Nat’elier. “Foi lançada como edição limitada, mas o sucesso foi tão grande que os pedidos para o seu regresso nunca pararam e o Dia Mundial do Chocolate pareceu-nos o momento ideal para voltar a partilhá-la com o público”.
