Inaugurado no passado dia 20 de julho, o ICON é o mais recente rooftop da capital. Este situa-se no topo do hotel Hyatt Regency Lisboa, em Belém, e conta com uma vista desafogada sobre o rio Tejo, e uma vasta carta de cocktails.
As propostas de cocktails de assinatura do ICON apresentam clássicos reinventados, personalizados com ingredientes frescos, e técnicas modernas. “É isto que promete o texto de abertura da carta, e é aqui que Filipe Ventura dá asas à imaginação, e reinventa alguns clássicos da coquetelaria”, afirmam os responsáveis em comunicado.
Na carta poderá encontrar o Cristal Mojito (16€) feito com licor de cardamomo caseiro, o The Golden Hour Negroni (17€) que inclui gin, Campari com café e vermute com meloa, o Exotic Cosmopolitan (18€), o Mystic Mule (16€), a Cosmic Margarita (18€) feita com tequila, licor de coentros, lima e ananás, entre outros.
“Acreditamos que este vai ser um espaço que vai marcar Lisboa, os lisboetas e quem visita a capital. Este rooftop era aquilo que a propriedade Hyatt necessitava, e temos muita confiança no potencial deste conceito. Como é natural, pode ainda sofrer alterações, estamos a testar o formato ainda, queremos que todos estejam confortáveis, mas o mais importante está assegurado, uma imbatível vista do rio”, acrescenta Javier Soler, diretor geral do Hyatt Regency Lisboa.
O espaço está aberto de segunda a domingo, das 18h30 às 01h00, e recebe entre 60 a 70 pessoas.
