O Full Moon Yoga, que decorre nos jardins do Sheraton Cascais Resort, vai rumar para o Pine Cliffs Resort, em Albufeira, e onde se situa a flagship do Serenity – The Art of Well Being, marca de spa responsável para organização desta iniciativa.
As aulas de yoga acontecerão no areal da praia da Falésia, com acesso direto ao Pine Cliffs Resort. As próximas edições do Full Moon Yoga vão realizar-se a 1 de agosto, 31 de agosto e 29 de setembro.
No Sheraton Cascais Resort, no dia 1 de agosto, a sessão começa às 20:00 e termina às 21:15. No dia 31 de agosto, acontecerá das 20:00 às 21:15 e, no dia 29 de setembro, das 20:00 às 21:15.
No Pine Cliffs Resort, no dia 1 de agosto, a sessão de yoga será das 20:30 às 21:45, no dia 31 de agosto das 20:30 às 21:45 e, no dia 29 de setembro, das 19:45 às 21:00
No caso do Sheraton Cascais Resort, as sessões de Full Moon Yoga contam com um get together prévio com oferta de alguns snacks saudáveis, pelas 19h30, seguindo-se a aula, com hora marcada para as 20h00.
As aulas de yoga estão ao cargo da professora Cláudia Canto Moniz, no Sheraton Cascais Resort e a professsora Neida Oliveira, no Pine Cliffs Resort. Esta iniciativa está disponível por 20€, para adultos, em ambas as propriedades. As crianças a partir dos 6 anos também poderão participar nas aulas de yoga, por 10 euros.
